  They aren’t fair. I have a rental and they got my charge card and charged it $31 every month then $74 extra every other. Asked about it and long story short. Couldn’t find where I agreed they could do that. I had used them for years. Paid $31 every other month and that was it. So watch your card with them. They take advantage. And if you talk to them, they won’t reimburse or apologize for their neglect to ask you before they charged your card.
  Emails aren’t a permission!!! They used that as an Excuse.
  Not happy with them at all.
